Watch the School Teams on the rowing machines and Team Energize Bikes 'n Trikes programme happening from 10.30 on.

Be around at 1.30 for the Battle of Champions challenge on ergs (rowing machines) between the elite rowers and cyclists. Watch them battle it out for supremacy after a gruelling 100km ride.

Care for the Environment

Think about the environment while riding round the course – if you take it with you - then bring it back.

We ask you to place all rubbish in bins provided
